However to fix laptop white screen?

I was watching a video full screen connected my Toshiba laptop and all of a abrupt it froze and turned white. I couldn't do anything so I turned it off. Very soon when I turn it on the screen is still white and I can not bash anything.

Could someone suit tell Maine if there's a mode to repair this without fixes?
