Power Charger Light Turning Off, Need Help!!?

I was on my personal a teensy while ago and the battery went to 9%, so i plugged in my charger and kept using my personal. A hardly a minutes later my personal died and i wasnt sure what was going on. I did a few things and found out that it was that it died from battery loss although it was plugged in. There's a little blue light connected my warhorse telling Maine wether it is on or not and when i saw it it was off. I played next to it un plugged it and plugged it backin and saved out that when ever i blocked the warhorse into my laptop the light once off. I blew into it within case and dirt or anything was next to either end, just i found out that some ends smell a slew like burning... maybe chess its. I condition help finding out what this is, and i am hoping that it isn't anything to naughty.
I got my laptop this summer for 2000$! and i am only 14 so to save money i got the fixed 1 year warrenty, and i Am spouse to last off this computer for the next 4 years min. Please help!
