why does my desktop settings redeploy every time i take off the power supply to my laptop?

i do have a hot Asus x83vb-x1 laptop but both time i take off the plug from my ac adapter to my laptop then restart, my desktop settings changes my desktop background changes into asus paper, my top cutoff icons are absent then my taskbar is enabling the auto-hide execution and even my resolution changes. could being explain me why?
