My HP laptop eyeshade is black every time i turn it on?

Have you tried hooking it up to an external monitor? If that works then probably your connection between keyboard and screen is broken or damaged. The hinge area is wherever it has problems. HP laptops are known for that. I had to send mine back to HP to have it repaired. Read the complaints on their website.
