laptop warhorse or laptop?

when i warhorse my laptop off it fine but if u charge in while it is on the the part that going into the laptop get real sweltry and makes whole computer cut stale. if i take it in and out and let it cool it fine but i leave it certain more then 10 minute it real hot and burn me and i don't know what to do.
