Dell Inspiron 1545 Battery Sound out?

I've had my Dell Inspiron 1545 for maybe...a little over a year now. Today i was charging my laptop like usual merely this time it had an X on the mobile icon telling me: "Consider changing your battery". I idea it was probably right because i using up my laptop a whole lot and it's been maybe 13 months. But then once it was fully charged the X went away and told me my battery was fine. Is my battery genuinely fine? I've never seen this before, could this be several type of battery defect? Any thinking?
