Which laptop combo would you pick out? Losing hair over this!?

If your current laptop has a vga (external monitor) output and your tv has the input, you can tie it that way. It's an analog connection but I think it'll lifeless output HD - at smallest whatever your screen resolution is. Someone UN agency knows more astir it can help with that.

It sounds like your current computer is pretty good. I should agree next to da_hal and say you can stagnant get a few years out of it.
I looked element your link for laptop A, then looked it au fait HP's site and both of them say it does have associate HDMI marina (vga too). Is that the wrong link?
