Where to find/get hold of a 'USB laptop sized rubber-flexible keyboard' ?

I don't cognise about UK recovered but i got it in india,Hyderabad.
It is water proof, dust proof.cost of 400 in ruppes.Merely it is effortful to use that thing. I connote i didn't fell any comfort in it. If poorness to have it, i can give it to you(if there's a opportunity to transport).
