Is my laptop charger broken?

Later night i was on my laptop, then my laptop thing beeped that the charger wasn't working, then i pushed it in a little after it worked, then beeped, then worked then beeped, and i checked the cablegram and it was perfect no nothing thereon , so do you assume my laptop is broken or somethin?
