If Windows came installed once you purchased it, you take it to the shop to dig fixed. They should have given you the windows disks even if they installed it once they sold it to you.
If you have bought windows disks separately, then you restore it to original by inserting the disk and following the prompts. You can do it yourself, it is easy.
