help out with hard disk recovery?

Provided it was a quick format(just erasing the MBR) you may be able to send it to a notes recovery specialist and they -may- be able to recover one of it, for hundreds or thousands of dollars. if a full format (the one that takes a half-hour +) the odds of even that working are along nil.
