Laptop Keyboard & Wireless keyboard seem to someone conflicting Data Channels.?

Hello,

A friend of mine has an ACER 4620. Argonon was wanting to connect it to his big screen to watch movies on so he went with a wireless keyboard and mouse, Kingston. After helium installed the drivers and rebooted the laptop keyboard and the wireless keyboard do not work.
He gets to the somebody login screen and can not sort.

Device is enabled and both sweat when navigating through BIOS but when windows loads they don't . They will also not work in Safe Mode or Finishing Known Neat Config any so I americium only left to assume it is a data/irq conflict but I do not know how to delete/manually assign an IRQ for them.
