annoying disciple problem with laptop?

i have a msi cx600 and for awhile nowadays whenever i turn it on the follower makes a loud grinding noise. aft about 5 minutes of it being on it quiets down. ive tried cleaning it, and taking it apart and watching the fan as i turn it on and i cant seem to find the defence for the noise. any ideas against how to fix it without getting a new fa? because im not sure they craft parts for this laptop anymore
