laptop device problems.?

well, my upright is messed up. except mine same when i press p it types a 0. its wierdd makes different letters. But your problem. No idea. did you spill something in the personal? turn the keybaord? complete you often clean it with the air things? they sell these bottles with air that you spray in there.
