Lenovo Y560 faulty keyboard example

I purchased my first Lenovo laptop, the Y560 in Parade for roughly $1100. Aft using it without a complex for a couple of months odd things started to happen when I was typing. The 'Custom Program Settings' started randomly coming up, the leaf resized itself of minimised, and the audio soft itself. I searched the dilemma and found others were experiencing it overly. Found a supposed fix on the Lenovo meeting but problem returned. Arsenic it works fine with a usb keyboard (regardless of what program Im using) it would seem to be a hardware issue. The supplier suggested I do a full restoration (as that is all they or Lenovo would complete) which I did. I spent 10 mins trying to get the problem to happen and it appeared to be gone aft the reinstall.. Rang the stockist again who told me that it must be a software related issue element the problem didn't attest up. They said the laptop wasn't covered for software related problems and Lenovo would hit the same conclusion and send it back. I nervously re-installed my programs simply to have the problems re-surface once I started using it regularly. No unusual programs...just the usual stuff. The problem happens randomly regardless of what programs are or aren't open. Ive asked Lenovo all for a replacement and have heard nothing since. Im stuck with a portable desktop computer requiring an outer keyboard should I want to carry out on it. Lenovo forum: forum.lenovo.com
