My laptop charger sometimes card game charging and fitting beeps. Anybody know why it does that?

My toshiba laptop is akin.

It doesn't beep it just will not rout, i ought hold it at an angle and type beside one hand at the moment.
It's a pain in the arrse (and hand)
I'm as well connected my 2nd one.

I give up - i'm going to get a new laptop - it's over 2 old age old anyway - maybe do matching ? If it's less than a year old it should still be under warranty - attain them to mend it/replace it.
