Anti-static cloths - Arguably the gentlest, most effective way to clean laptop screens . Anti-static vesture tend to be recommended across the lath by camera, optical and screen manufacturers. No cleansing liquid is required, and a gentle buff with an anti-static cloth is generally sufficient to move most grime.

Micro-fibre cloths - As long as you double check that the specific kit/cloth purchased is compatible with LCD screens, micro-fibre cloths are fine. Copious come infused with isopropyl alcohol and/or distilled water.

Isopropyl alcohol - 91% isopropyl alcohol with 9% distilled water is perhaps the safest, maximum effective liquid cleaner for laptop screens. The therapy evaporates quickly and doesn't leave grubby residue. Remember to apply the answer to a micro-fibre cloth - never spray any liquified directly onto the laptop peak.

DIY

100% cotton cloths - Oldish t-shirts or towels are fine arsenic longish as they're clean and 100% cotton. Avoid cotton/polyester blends as the harsh polyester elements could leave more of those troublesome mark marks!

Avoid - Polyester cloths, kitchen towel and tissue can leave scratches. Also avoid saturated towels like baby wipes or face wipes (they'll just damply push the dust around your screen without removing it).

With regular care and attention, your laptop screen could last all for years if you keep upfield with day-to-day maintenance.
