toshiba m65 -s821 LCD strange problem vertical dark stripe part 2

i have black stripe approx. 3-4" or so straight up and downcast connected the right side of my display. this stripe is there from the moment i turn the laptop on. it isnt like if it was a cracked lcd because the string of black is dead vertical. any suggestions are greatly appreciated. this vid is me just running pixel system. each are good just missing right side of surface as you can seat once i open IE
