My laptop screen keeps going black and it doesnt come final so I have to turn it off... Any help please?

What the above guy said is partly right.....Mostly laptops restart when heat is the culprit. What i advice is to install the operating complex and give it a try. If still the problem persisists contact a technincian dont waste those softwares sometimes they maybe destructive.
