Help desk "Ticket on behalf of...."

Hi

As a company of +- 300 staff we use Superusers to wood requests in the helpdesk system.

Query is... Is here a property to have a function in the hot ticket to submit on behalf of a user...

This will need to Be populated by A/D and likewise be Notified via email....

I do hope this makes sense... if not fulfil tell me
