How do I change my laptop keyboard back to typical?

I brought my laptop in to glucinium fixed, and they reinstelled windows for ME only now my device is all messed up. Suchlike the @ marker isn't where it utilized to be, it's on 2 and all the pther symbols are messed up. I have an English keyboard and I think it's been changed to the european way, how can I change it stern? also the scroller on my mouse doesn't work anymore. however can i fix it?
