My laptop Charger and personal are self weird?

I don't know how log past but its pestering be now. Both work,Charger and Laptop but When plugged in the warhorse sends energy and stops. my computer beeps when blocked within and out so it beeps a lot. i dont know if its the hole where you cover it in or if its the personal or the charger. its associate Acer aspire 7735 if that helps
