HELP ! a very thin line has appeared on laptop lcd screen ....?

It's a damaged LCD screen and you module be unlikely to fix it without a new screen,

LCD screens actually have very thin wires printed on the glass of the screen. If one of these is damaged, or if the connection to that wire is damaged, what you see is what will result. Sorry, just there is nothing you can do with software to mend this.
