Acer Aspire 16.0" DIODE Upgrade Instruction
The 16.0" HD screens fitted to the number of Acer Aspire 6000 series laptops were being made by Samsung. There's only one screen that module fit the Acer laptops and it is Samsung Epitome LTN160AT01.
Unhappily, this screen went out of production in Spring 2010 and is no longest available.

Not all upgrade screens are the same

The connector at the top straight hand side when looking from the back is where your flat grey cablegram plugs within.

The flat grey cable you just plugged into the top right back of the eyeshade has an offshoot that used to plug into the left hand side of the inverter. This now plugs into cardinal of the two plugs, any the 6 pin adapter on the appendage or the 4 pin adapter on the side. If your grey cable has a smaller 4 pin stop you use the centre 4 pins of the cross connector. We've provided 2 connectors on the orange extension cable on the wager on of the screen, for the 2 types of plug by the LCD cable inverter connection that come beside the Acer Try 6000 series machines.
