this may be OR may not be your trouble. sometimes when you depress a of import too long, it changes the function of all the keys. very frustrating unless you know how to reverse the command.
but since it is still marque parvenu return & have them diagnose it or ask to exchange it, rarely volition you be able to capture a return. most likely they will send away you to associate authorized HP school fixing shop (i.e. Optimum Buy) since retailers dont get involve in repairs & warranties.
