How to fix fuzzy/pixelated laptop display?

My laptop monitor is very fuzzy and pixelated, provided I wiggle the screen around it gets better and worse.

I'm currently displaying on my tv, but i dont want to human to sit out infront of my tv to operate my laptop, and i do not wanna move it within for 3 weeks to be repaired unless i have to. Is there anything i can do myself
