Can i spending pledge wipes to clean out a dirty laptop fan?

Okay so my laptop is very warm next to the bottom. I cognise it needs to be cleaned out. If i turn it stale spick the key board and use a pledge contact to clear out a dusty fan will that labour? I need to have it clean because its slowing down my Acer Laptop series 4,000. I haven't cleaned it and have used it since March of 2009. Thanks therefore much for answers.
