laptop device hitches.?

my laptops keyboard is basically acting weird, i havn't got a hint whats active on.
a few of the punctuation keys have switched around and whenever i thump the caps lock key it makes a loud beeping noise.
anyone know how to fix this?
i like using capitals, because i'm always writing stories and ram on here and i can't use it at the flash because it's rather bounteous me a headache.
i am aware that i can just hold down shift.
