PLZ ANSWER! What is wrong beside my personal? The screen is rotated 90 degrees to the left. much info..?

My friend was on the internet on my laptop and it froze so she hit control->Alt->take away and it brought up the thing BUT it was rotated 90 degrees to the not here. I bunk digit out how to fix it! What buttons would I move on my laptop to fix it?!
