I poorness to replace the fan in Acer travelmate 4500 laptop. Can someone help by telling me however?

Removing the Thermal Faculty and Fan
1. Eliminate the two screws retaining the IO bezel.
2. Then remove the IO bezel.
3. Free the two screws that unafraid the heatsink layer.

4. Remove the heatsink coat from the main unit.
5. Disconnect the fan cable.
6. Remove the four screws that secure the caloric module.
7. Pull the caloric module outward then remove it.

NOTE: The edge of the thermal module as shown is very sharp. Be very thorough as you remove the thermal
module.
