I purchased a dell xps 17,had it for 3 months and the delicate drive crashed.Dell sent out an on site tech to replace my hard drive aft fighting with them connected the cause.The tech came in,replaced the hard actuation and walked out every within 10 min. leaving me to finish the installation manoeuvre alone.
