My DELL Inspiron 1525 Laptop's moved out hinge bust.? How do I contact them?

My warranty is over so I can't brainwave a way to contact them. Each the book I find are impossible. The left hinge is broken on My Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop. it's either a Windows XP or Windows Scene (Once i turn it on i believe it says xp on the laptop remains it has a sticker that states vista.) um, idk wat els u peepl needa kno okay well help lol
