What is best way to connect my 360 and laptop to my new TV?

The current XBox 360 does not somebody hdmi output, so in order to get hd from the xbox it would have to be over component or vga connection. I would connect the xbox 360 using component cables and the laptop through vga. This way you can get 1080p on your 360 for games, even though you couldn't get 1080p over component for movies you have your laptop all for that. You will need a male-male vga telegram for this.
